I had a relatively quick turnaround from my first outpatient appointment to surgigical procedure, which was excellent. From that moment the care I received from the surgical and nursing teams was first class. My subsequent stay in 15N was faultless and every aspect from catering to hour by hour care was professional and friendly. I stayed slightly longer than expected but there was no rush whatsoever to leave. Couldn’t fault it👍😀

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.

Hospital staff very helpful Only problem was the toilet not flashing after use and how ever used the toilet before me had the same problem the bowl was full

It was an excellent experience given the circumstances and the way it started/could have ended.
