Friendly and efficient staff who, I felt, were very caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Outcome was what I hoped for but would have liked a little more flexibility in terms of timing.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

I cannot rate them highly enough. Very professional and above all, friendly staff. The least I can give is 5 stars.

Experience was good nothing went wrong

The practice was very efficient, everything ran on time and it was very clean. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

CP+R have been fantastic for my recovery, in terms of my physical health, my confidence to exercise again and the support in improving my lifestyle. The team have been amazing and I can't recommend them enough.
