Amazing from start to finish kind sensitive and supportive.

Dr Heck has been excellent for me. He has explained my condition in fine detail leaving me with complete confidence in his judgement. His secretary Ruth has been efficient and empathetic.

Excellent service

Reception was quite busy so staff were quite abrupt, didn't feel welcoming but not rude.

During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.
