Obviously a very popular hospital, difficulty parking, longish wait times due to volumes of people but overall handled very efficiently

I was assisted as soon I entered the hospital and directed to where I needed to be. The reception at Willow unit was friendly. My pre-assessment went well and Ros Court explained everything and was very patient with all my questions.

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

The place is very clean and the staffs are very friendly The receptionists are excellent and extremely helpful Keep up the good job
