Mr Moraleda was an amazing doctor to have. He was very warm and kind, and explained in detail the procedure he would be doing during my appointment. He made me feel safe and comfortable throughout.

Dr Joshi was amazing from our first ever consultation and all the way up until now. He really took the time to discuss with me about my concerns and the best and worst outcomes to expect. There was no grey area, he was very direct about everything. The day of the operation, I couldn't have asked to be in more safe hands Dr Joshi and his entire team were amazing. I was extremely nervous going into this but Dr Joshi was incredibly reassuring and his aftercare is amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Joshi and his entire team, this has been one of the best medical experiences.

When I came to the realisation of my hearing loss, I count myself fortunate to have been introduced to Cubex and Adam Shulberg. As my hearing has deteriorated and my life has had twists and turns, Adam has always provided professional advice about both hearing technology and well being changes that I could make to assist my hearing. He patiently listens to me and takes me through the test results and graphics. I live well outside London but continue to make appointments with Adam as I have total trust in his advice and in turn that has given me confidence.
