I am a new patient at the burghwood clinic so at the moment cannot comment on outcomes or the process. However so far am impressed by their approach and delivery of services. It feels like a great balance between the personal/human touch and professional. I’m hopeful.

I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Incredible place, staff so friendly and welcoming, always making sure you’re ok and explain everything so well. Enjoy every trip.

Cleveland Clinic is modern, clean & efficiently run. All the staff were very professional & very caring. Even the food was very good!
