Staff competent and caring. Department super clean, pharmacy staff competent.

The dental practice allocated my previously paid deposit for my hygienist appointment today to a different appointment I was due to have. This meant I had to pay the full amount for today's appointment. We're I not able to pay this today, I was told I would have had to reschedule (which would mean taking more time off work). Also, an apology was not given to me for their error, and my inconvenience.

Great last minute appointment. Pricey but to be expected. Felt listened to by Doctor and given appropriate treatment.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups
