I have been a member of Harrow Health Care Centre for some time and always find everyone friendly and helpful and all health matters dealt with professionally

Booking a consultation with Dr Ratheesh was a straightforward process and the website was user-friendly. Dr Ratheesh was extremely professional and approachable/friendly during our consultation; his clinical expertise really helped me to make an informed decision about my health. Good and helpful staff

Extremely satisfied with the care at KEVII [ both as outpatient and inpatient] . Buildings are clean and comfortable. Staff makes the difference, everyone is very friendly and tries to be there for you. Scheduling of all appointments is also well managed. Very supportive also with the admin side of process, especially when you have a "difficult" insurance ! Considering how many times I have to visit a certain department at the KEVII , it is a relief that when I go there I know i will find friendly faces and a comfortable environment, which makes the whole medical experience less daunting.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

It provided excellent patient care.
