This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks

Overall a good experience

Was worried about my 14 month old, but when spoke with Dr Chakraborti over the phone, he had put me at ease and was very helpful and very reassuring to speak to. Lovely doctor and amazing service provided by the staff at Doctorcall. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend - felt like I was listened too and a through check completed of my daughter. Left feeling more knowledgeable and reassured than when we came in. Thank you
