Overall good experience, great staff and environment

Very professional and efficient staff members. The hospital is very clean and nicely located in a park off the beaten track.

The Sainsbury Wing is a calm and peaceful place with pleasing, though non-luxurious decor. The staff on reception are not knowledgeable enough,and could be more gracious and reassuring towards patients. They should be reminded that people are there because they are worried and unwell,and paying a lot of money through desperation and failing NHS.
