A highly professional and thorough service

I was feeling very anxious on my visit due to a sudden health scare..All the staff I encountered, from reception onwards , were calm and approachable, which helped to reassure me and also my daughter, who accompanied me. I’m very grateful for the experience I had with OSD. Thank you

I cannot praise this dental practice highly enough. I’ve always had really good care, but today they were exceptional. My front tooth crown came off last night and I phoned for an appointment first thing this morning. They managed to slot me into an emergency appointment at 9am - just 30 mins after my call. Dr Negar Monemi was fantastic - reassuring and gentle as always. My crown was re-attached and I had a smile again in no time! And she arranged a follow up appointment later in the week to sort it out more permanently. I have enormous faith in Dr Monemi; she is both knowledgable and skilled and my teeth have never looked better. The reception staff are always helpful and polite and the practice itself is spotless.

All the staff here are so friendly and welcoming. The practice has solved my problems over many years, and have had no issue with my wheelchair dependence. Their competence , their knowledge, and surgery organisation is as good as you could hope to find.

I had a crown fracture at lunchtime today and rang in a panicking. Was seen the same day and the issue sorted as much as was possible. Everyone was so helpful and kind.
