Very professional, I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered with clear information. During the procedure I was constantly reassured and asked about pain and comfort levels. After the procedure everything was clearly explained about what had been done and what I was required to do. I left feeling a great deal of care and thought had been put into the consultation and my time in theatre.

Dr Kandiah kept me informed of what was to be expected in the procedure. The preparation for the procedure instructions were clear and therefore easy to follow. During the procedure, there was a point when he could not continue and he informed me of the reason and immediately sent me to a scan (on the same day).
