My appointment was at 12.40 but I was not seen until 1.15 but apart from that everything was very positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Spire Cardiff again.

The clinic is ok although the Covid guidelines were not strictly respected in the waiting room. The reception staff is friendly but their client care could be improved. Dr. Melville, whom I went to see, on the other hand, is excellent.

Lovely friendly staff who were ready, willing and able to go the extra mile if required. Could not fault my experience of the staff or facilities.

Reception was friendly and efficient.

I was extremely well looked after by the nursing and medical staff. The meals were excellent. All the hospital staff made the fact that I was in hospital having a major operation a lot easier to live with.
