I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.

All the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!
