The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

The experience at the Portland Hospital was good. The hospital provided necessary support after my delivery and the staff members are very caring and supportive.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Everyone was very helpful and polite the appointment went smoothly and very informative

Reflux problems were efficiently tested and now I feel much better thanks to Dr Sami's expertise. He is truely the best. And very kind doctor.

Lorraine was just wonderful. The whole experience was a very positive one and I can’t recommend her enough.
