We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

The ward staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and everyone made me feel safe and welcome.

I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions.
