Very pleasing in all aspects

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

Mark from Post Op Hime Physio got me back on my feet quickly after a hip operation. He built a bespoke programme of exercises to strengthen my muscles and during his home visits helped me build up my confidence. He pushed me to work hard but also to listen to my body. The experience was great and I was back on my feet very quickly because of the physio regime which I followed.

I felt immediately comfortable and welcome. All staff members showed excellent customer service and came across as having a genuine care for me during my visit.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.

It’s a well run and professional practice. Would be happy to go there again.
