Mark from Post Op Hime Physio got me back on my feet quickly after a hip operation. He built a bespoke programme of exercises to strengthen my muscles and during his home visits helped me build up my confidence. He pushed me to work hard but also to listen to my body. The experience was great and I was back on my feet very quickly because of the physio regime which I followed.

I had upper eyelid surgery done here yesterday, i couldn’t thank the lovely staff, nurses and surgeon enough. They was all so kind, lovely and friendly and made my stay perfect! Thank you very much :-)))
