Very sweet and helpful staff. The whole experience was swift and easy

Clean and bright

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks

The clinical staff were excellent and friendly. However the female staff at the front desk is hostile, unhelpful and dismissive which made the arrival quite unpleasant.

Easy to find, parking if needed. Spacious and clean. All the staff were courteous and friendly.
