Kate is a warm, kind, compassionate and intelligent coach. She knows how to ask the right questions to get to the core of the matter, so that I can take steps from there. With Kate I feel safe to be who I am at this moment, and to feel and express my feelings. Kate keeps up with the current science, which greatly helps my sense of safety. She is knowledgeable, and at the same time knows her scope of practice clearly. She hasn't been afraid of referring me with specific questions. Since doing the Lightning Process with Kate, I have managed to take huge steps in my recovery from ME/CFS. I have more energy, and am able to be much more active than I have been before. I am more calm and relaxed in my daily life, I am kinder to myself, and I can look at the future again with a sense of excitement and hope, instead of despair.
