great experience and service at Cleveland Clinic

The doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond to provide me with the right care and making sure I did my procedure on time before my 40th. I was impressed by the determination in which when errors were made, were quick and proficient in being fixed. Waiting times have been very good, no major waits in the waiting rooms. Special thanks to Dr. Pragati who went above and beyond, took time even out her working hours- to ensure I was provided with the correct information on procedure and ensured the IVF application was submitted on time given prior delays out.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

The whole team was beyond expectation. Thanks Anastasia for your positive energy,, support and friendliness. Dr Johnson and her entourage made this difficult time reassuring and very professional.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Very helpful staff and procedure was carried out on time.

Everyone at the Westminster Maternity Suite was extremely friendly and caring. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the view totally makes up for it!

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient
