Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Everyone has been friendly and efficient over the period of about two years now (I think) that I've been under treatment and then periodic evaluation after my cancers. Everyone has been sympathetic without being condescending, able to participate in humour, and invariably competent and efficient. I could not have asked for better.
