Fantastic experience from start to finish Dr Neirami explained everything really well From my first visit he sent me for mri Explained the problem Had me in for a test treatment within 2 weeks he then had me back to check results and gave me another procedure that after 2 weeks the difference is unbelievable the movement I have back and the pain free life I would highly recommend dr Neirami to everyone

Mr Hamad’s communication skills are excellent, he explains all the procedures he may have to do in very understandable terms, and all the pro’s and con’s that go with it. In my case the herniated disc was quite severe and the epidural that he performed was a little tricky, but it was successful and I’m very pleased, and my sciatica pain is now nearly zero. When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. I had lost the ability to live my normal life because of pain and fear. Doctor Sian was the first person to acknowledge my situation properly after years of being treated less well by other Doctors. He explained our options clearly and was always easy to talk to. Over the time I have been seeing him, I have slowly recovered from being in terrible pain, to being in a much better physical state, and my mental health has massively improved.
