Excellent service, friendly, efficient staff and I was kept informed every step of the way

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

The facilities were clean, the layout of the rooms was organised and the staff were all pleasant, very helpful and professional.
