From the reception to nurses and doctors are so polite and professional in their approach and guided me through the process and explained exactly how it will be done. I had no problem at all and it's 5 weeks and just got checked for new glasses and the optician was happy with the recovery. So thanks to all at Optegra. You all an amazing team.
