Reception staff are abysmal by comparison. Face of the business. First Port of call. (And yet in 12 months you still employ , despite 3 complaints from me and I can not believe I'm the only one) the least professional friendly or welcoming people. You should all be sacked.

Hi- Hope all is well. I am writing this with outmost dissatisfaction and disappointment with your imaging team on Saturday 25th. My mother had an arm MRI scan with your team ( Marie Macato, Maddie Hill, and Elly Stevens. The lady who did my mother’s MRI was the asian lady from the team). From the onset of our entrance we were treated with outmost recklessness. The technician came out rushed without even saying hi and giving any and I mean ANY introduction to my mother regarding the procedure. She took the forms and went away. Then she asked my mother to change and again provided no introduction to the procedure. In the MRI room based on what my mother shared with me the technician never asked if she is comfortable with how she has positioned her arm or the talked through the process. Right after the scan my mother was in extreme pain due to the bad positioning of her arm. I was quite devastated to see her in pain. It is worth flagging that she has done the same MRI with the same arm condition at a different center than yours and no such terrible pain was caused. This is an evidence of lack of expertise and extreme recklessness of the technician performing this MRI. I am to a great extent dissatisfied with the service provided and how my mother was treated. I would need you to kindly follow up on the matter and update me on why this has taken place. If the team member lacks expertise and patience they should not be handling patients. I would also need the report and the MRI to be shared with me by Tuesday the latest as my mother has an urgent injection to be performed. Regards, Farnaz
