The Sainsbury Wing is a calm and peaceful place with pleasing, though non-luxurious decor. The staff on reception are not knowledgeable enough,and could be more gracious and reassuring towards patients. They should be reminded that people are there because they are worried and unwell,and paying a lot of money through desperation and failing NHS.

The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

The whole experience was very good. I had a mammogram , which was most thoroughly and efficiently done, and then saw Miss Roche for my check up
