The Lister is an excellent hospital where I’d be happy to be a patient again if I ever needed to be (hopefully not of course!).

Great experience

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.

The process was quick and smooth.

I had a really wonderful experience with Apricity. I was very well taken care of by all the parties involved. All communication and processes were clear and seamless. I am grateful that all my questions were answered and I received lots of support throughout the process. I would highly recommend this service to any donor and I am sure recipients will be similarly well looked after!

My experience at the hospital was amazing. From the staff to the food, i was very pleased with the service. The hospitality and accommodating staff made me feel like the hospital was a home away from home.

The doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond to provide me with the right care and making sure I did my procedure on time before my 40th. I was impressed by the determination in which when errors were made, were quick and proficient in being fixed. Waiting times have been very good, no major waits in the waiting rooms. Special thanks to Dr. Pragati who went above and beyond, took time even out her working hours- to ensure I was provided with the correct information on procedure and ensured the IVF application was submitted on time given prior delays out.

CRGH is a great fertility clinic. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Nurse’s team is very helpful. The most important thing about the clinic is that all consultants are extremely knowledgeable in particular Dr Saab!

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.
