Excellent, but would appreciate access to Dr Whinnett more than one day a week

Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The only minor comments I could make are that the control for the bed was a little impractical for the patient to use. I could see that effort had been put into making the food a better experience, and catering for a hospital is very difficult, that said nutrition is really important for recovery if anything further could be done.

I found everyone to most helpful, polite and friendly from the nursing staff, doctors, the cleaning staff and the catering staff.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either
