Mr Ofo is a well seasoned and extremely pleasant Consultant ENT Surgeon with an impressive career. I immediately felt in safe hands when he walked me through the procedure and treatment to follow. I was able to discuss the risks of the surgery and he invited me to ask as many questions as I wanted, providing clear guidance and a lot of empathy. I am very grateful for his help and all went as planned. I have recovered sooner than I expected and am back at work.

Mr Lakhani was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear, regular and he made it clear I could ask him anything on an ad-hoc basis if required, even giving me his whatsapp. I would recommend to anyone.

I was extremely nervous before I saw Mr. Modayil for the first time, but he put me at ease and was very clear when it came to explaining what needed to happen next. At my second consultation, he was equally reassuring and clearly understood my stress levels and the need to address the problem quickly. He explained my test results and the procedure I needed and took great care to manage other health issues that might have affected a good outcome. The procedure happened exactly as he had described and my follow-up appointment was again reassuring and informative. I had no adverse effects from surgery and can't thank him enough for all he did. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family with ENT problems.

I saw Mr Selvadurai around 10 years ago with severe sinusitis and have recommended him to many friends and colleagues since. More recently, when my son developed ear problems, I was very keen to get him seen by Mr Selvadurai. Just as I recalled, he was again extremely kind and reassuring. His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and he always takes the time to explain things in great detail.

Lucy was fantastic from start to finish! I am scared of needles and she was really lovely about this. The actual procedure was very fast and I am loving my results so far! Would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone who cannot burp!

We had troubles with our newborn and went back and forth to numerous GP appointments but there was nothing they were able to do to help. Our baby was very unhappy, would barely sleep and his feeding was extremely interrupted. We decided to visit Dr Jack Singer. He sat down with us and explained what the issues were. He Immediately showed us what the solution was and how we were going to achieve it! That very same day it was as if we had a new baby. Our little one finally got some well deserved rest and so did we. We finally had a smile on our face after a very long and tiresome start to parenthood.
