Good experience - and caring staff.

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

The culture promotes confidence and a sense of security. The corporate objective of “putting patients first” has real meaning for clinicians and other staff.

Very professional set up. The Doctor dealt with me very much as an individual basis . Gave me a lot of information. Couldn’t ask for more.

All the staff at West Valley Hospital were very friendly, efficient and helpful.
