Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.

Some of the staff are not too friendly but some are extremely friendly

Dr Claudia Wald is a phenomenal professional, caring in every way, astute, supremely wise and intelligent.

The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.
