The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

My consultation with Mr. Cascarini was excellent, as always. He is an exceptional doctor, and the staff was friendly, responsive, and showed empathy and care.

Dr Roos and Dr Murthy are both very professional skilled surgeons. They make an excellent team and you are getting 2 experts which makes them unique. They discussed the best way forward for me and were realistic about the results so there were no false expectations. As well as being skilled surgeons the after care they offer is second to none. They set up a WhatsApp group so I could message them if I was concerned anytime about anything post op which was very helpful in early recovery. I have seen multiple other 'top' surgeons who made mistakes which caused me to look botched. I finally found people who not only managed to successfully correct the mistakes that past surgeons but who also genuinely care. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Hospital looked old and in a need of redecoration. However Quick, no waiting but rushed appointment with a doctor looking at his mobile and trying to call someone at the end of the appointment. Didn’t feel I was given time for all my questions. Doctor didn’t reply to my follow up email. Quite disappointed. I have already booked an appointment at different hospital with a different doctor.
