The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

Nice and short wait

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks

Everything was great

From the moment I walked into the hospital the staff was kind and caring. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Couldn’t wish for better experience.
