I had two lots of treatment of PRP injections into each shoulder on two separate occasions. I have always found Mr Gulihar to be exceptionally professional and empathic. He explained the treatment and any side effects and was very supportive of my accessing the treatment via the NHS. My overall experience in Mr Gulihar's NHS clinic and the staff working with him was very good. The outcome of treatment in both shoulders has really worked. I have had an excellent outcome and I am very pleased.

Mr Adel Tavakkolizadeh was recommended to me by another colleague. He gave me the confidence and assurance that is the right person to get consultation with. He examined me properly after explained in "common" language so I understand correctly my situation. I left with clarity what to expect which gave me the confidence to decide what would be best for me. I am considering to book second appointment. Thank you so much.

Very good, very professional

During the initial appointment Dr Karuppaiah gave me all of the information required so that I could make an informed decision on the best treatment for my hand. On the day of the surgery he again made me feel at ease an I had full confidence going into theatre. No complications and my hand is healing as expected.

On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?

Very good

This is my first surgical procedure under Mr. NiK Bakti, and I need to await the outcome upon full recovery to more meaningfully feedback on his excellence, but given his profile and him being on Benenden Hospital's medical team , I felt confident to rate him well. The briefing meeting with me prior to surgery could have been a little more reassuring.
