I went to see Dr Orteu on the recommendation of another dermatologist and was very grateful to have been referred to her. Dr Orteu was a reassuring voice at a time I was extremely anxious. She took the time to explain her findings and the steps going forward as well as understand my anxiety around them.

Good experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Was also very reassuring and gave a good explanation with my diagnosis. Took a lot of information from me to diagnose and explained possible reasons. Gave me info on what the next steps were going to be for me. I’m very grateful.

Dr Murphy was very kind, professional and first class. He listened to me, understood my concerns and put me at my ease. His bedside manner is impeccable. He explained everything in simple terms and gave me a treatment plan. My overall experience was first class.

Dr. Sweta Rai was extremely unprofessional. She was more than 15minutes late, then rushed my appointment. She didn’t take the time to explain anything, used opaque terminology, threw in a possible cancer diagnosis and then unceremoniously escorted me out of the consultation room and told me to book a follow up appointment to discuss anything else. I will not be returning.

I have had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Due to COVID, we had a telephone conversation followed by photos to address my issue. Dr Ranasinghe was so reassuring and she gave excellent advice.
