Very professional and efficient staff members. The hospital is very clean and nicely located in a park off the beaten track.

The Sainsbury Wing is a calm and peaceful place with pleasing, though non-luxurious decor. The staff on reception are not knowledgeable enough,and could be more gracious and reassuring towards patients. They should be reminded that people are there because they are worried and unwell,and paying a lot of money through desperation and failing NHS.

The team was very friendly from arriving at the reception, to then having my scan and the team looked after me especially as I was feeling nervous. I received my results very quickly and it was thoroughly explained to me. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a private MRI scan.

I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.
