Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. Dr Bester is professional whilst also being very friendly. He always dealt with any concerns I had in a reassuring manner. He has contributed greatly towards my gradual recovery.

You've helped me to understand myself and my relationships better and I feel a natural rapport with you. The only very small suggestion I would have is to send meeting invites at a consistent time before the meeting as once or twice I wasn't sure if the meeting was happening.
