The service that I've received from Bloomfield Health has been first class. Prof. Bloomfield is very kind, positive and professional. I feel reassured by his credentials and I also think he's a nice person. Any messages I send to Bloomfield Health are responded to swiftly and kindly. I believe that Missy at reception is also excellent at her job. I wish I'd have found Bloomfield Health sooner.

Booking a consultation with Dr Ratheesh was a straightforward process and the website was user-friendly. Dr Ratheesh was extremely professional and approachable/friendly during our consultation; his clinical expertise really helped me to make an informed decision about my health. Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”
