We chose to see Dr Bakshi to assist with an allergy diagnoses for our 3 month old baby, he was able to listen and offer extra guidance beyond the GP which has lead to a diagnoses and solution. We finally have a happy healthy baby.

Dr Fathima made us feel at ease as soon as we met her. We were concerned about our daughter and she explained everything clearly and alleviated our concerns. She also had a wonderful way with our 2 year old.

He consulted my son and explained everything to me in detail, I had no conscience in the field, he presented a sketch of a heart made by hand just to understand very well what the problem is. It was not about data entry which we have felt in the past. He spoke to us as parents and gave us a sense of confidence which was needed as our son was unwell for a few days.
