I meet dr Hannah Douglas very professional and very knowledgeable, I would really recommend it to everyone who is looking for a good checkup of health care.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

The seating in the OPD waiting area is far from satisfactory-with 'sweat stains' on the fabric seats. Picking a seat that is less stained was the priority. Otherwise lovely.

Great clinic, easy to access and park. The staff are friendly and professional , the premises are clean and spacious and the nurses have a fantastic manner with the children .

Dr William Wall explained each step etc which was useful.
