Staff are really professional and friendly. The procedures were explained in detail. Appointment timing were flexible and really quick with appointments.

The booking process through HCA was efficient and the clinic was very clean, profession staff and modern equipment.

Was a good experience however the snack foods/ breakfast after colonoscopy was all heavy on gluten and dairy so doesn’t seem to take into account any food intolerances.

Superb facility. Excellent care. Fantastic staff. Everyone from Dr. Archbold to the nursing and front of house teams were amazing.

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.
