Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. Superb, I'm really pleased with my treatment. I had a pinched nerve which radiated pain down my right arm to my fingertips all day, every day. Dr Reynolds saw me & I was sent to have scans & tests. When the results came back, they confirmed a pinched nerve, along with significant degenerative changes occurring in one particular area of my neck. Dr Reynolds then requested a nerve block to see if that could alleviate the pain, which it did, but ultimately, I needed surgery. I had a complete understanding of why I was having surgery, what was the preferred approach was the (also, what plan b might be) and what the chances of success were. I find Dr Reynolds very professional but personable as well to make sure I understood some of the jargon. The operation was a success, in my opinion, & I am incredibly thankful to Dr Reynolds for the fantastic experience so far.

Dr. Chitnavis is truly the doctor's hands you want to place yourself into. I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard. I'm incredibly thankful for his care, and continued due diligence.

Following two difficult years of back pain, I underwent decompression and discectomy surgery with Mr Bell. The surgery was life-changing, I've been pain-free ever since. His bedside manner is professional and kind. I felt reassured I was in good hands throughout the entire process. Could not recommend more highly.

Mr Banerjee was extremely nice, polite, patient and friendly. He explained everything really well, listened to me and treated me with great respect.

Mr Taylor is not only an excellent surgeon but also very empathetic. I went to see him in September 2023 and I was in intolerable pain. Within 2 weeks he operated and I woke up pain free. After 6 months I have full movement in my neck, the pain has not returned and my scar is barely visible.
