Really enjoyed my time with Mark. Was very clear from the start the amount of sessions he felt were necessary to work with my condition - OCD - and the approach we would take. Compassionate approach and a good use of humour, as well as challenging some limiting self beliefs. Would highly recommend.

An excellent experience. You are a very good listener and I am able to relax, confident in your competence! You've helped me to understand myself and my relationships better and I feel a natural rapport with you. The only very small suggestion I would have is to send meeting invites at a consistent time before the meeting as once or twice I wasn't sure if the meeting was happening. I originally went to see Andreas for relationship issues, to which over time, I confronted and solved with his expert guidance. From there we went on to improve and build on myself. After time, he helped me to recognise better behaviours and how to assert myself without conflict. We also focused on ways to develop myself in all other facets of my life to essentially "be my best self". I absolutely recommend working with Andreas. A true professional.
