We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.

On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.

Highly recommend The London Clinic, and in particular Dr Saoirse Dolly, who I saw regarding my vague/ non-specific symptoms. All clinical and administrative staff at The London Clinic are highly skilled and compassionate, which is of great reassurance not only as a patient undergoing such investigations but also for one’s family.

I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.
