Mr Chetwood was outstanding throughout the whole process, from initial consultation to the follow up. He really took the time to listen to questions, and every part was explained clearly to me. This was my first surgery, but I felt well prepared for every step, and nothing was unclear. He also took the time to get to know you as an individual, which makes the overall experience much less stressful
