SCPH generally was very clean, well presented and created the impression of a friendly, caring atmosphere. My room was comfortable with all en-suite facilities I could wish for. A sole minor downside about the hospital is the lack of adequate car parking

Welcoming on arrival and efficient

Very welcoming, very clean, outpatient staff lovely, anaesthetist and assistant made me feel safe and had lovely bedside manners. 2 nurses let me down with their abrupt manner and treated me awfully. I was left 24 hours without food or drink and so this ruined my stay

First time visiting this hospital, it was quiet, everyone was friendly, there was always someone to ask and clear where I needed to go. Clean, comfortable waiting room and not a long wait time, felt very well run.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Everything was handled in the professional manner that I expected.
