The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

Very efficient and clean facilities. No waiting time whatsoever.

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

All the staff were so helpful and friendly. I believe that I got very good service at a reasonable price

Amazing experience and after care. Dr Pillai is brilliant and the team are highly trained, skilled and professional. AVC really do care about their patients, I couldn't recommend them enough!!

Good experience - and caring staff.

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.

Lovely reception team who were friendly and clean building with lots of seating available
