Lovely staff, very well cared for

The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

I felt immediately comfortable and welcome. All staff members showed excellent customer service and came across as having a genuine care for me during my visit.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.

It’s a well run and professional practice. Would be happy to go there again.

Liked how quick I could book appointments, but felt the whole experience was very rushed and lacked any sort of preparation of what is to come, or detail around the injury itself

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
