I have been impressed with the staff and the efficiency of the hospital

A little far to get to, struggled to find a consultant nearer to me which is a shame, also the system was down when I arrived, but it didn't stop from me seeing the consultant.

Good and efficient hospital with adequate parking. Always busy

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

Friendly and efficient and welcoming.

Very helpful staff and procedure was carried out on time.

Waiting time was just a couple of minutes and staff are friendly

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.
